DetailsThe Law, Behavior, and Social Science Program is going to sponsor a Zoom lunch-hour book discussion event for Arden and Kenworthey’s book on The Psychology of Environmental Law. They argue that psychology can offer environmental law a rich, empirically informed account of why, when, and how people act in ways that affect the environment which can then be used to more effectively pursue specific policy goals. Panelist Hajin Kim Assistant Professor of Law University of Chicago, Richard Lazarus Howard and Katherine Aibel Professor of Law Harvard Law, and Tom Ulen Research Professor, Swanlund Chair Emeritus University of Illinois College of Law.
